First, we discuss your product catalog. What are you selling? How many items do you have now? Are your product photos ready? Do they need editing?
Then, we define your vision: What is your store’s appeal? What’s the inspiration behind your product catalog? What do these products give the customer? Who will love and need your products the most? What’s your vibe? What are your brand colors?
Nineke Creative builds E-commerce websites with WordPress & WooCommerce, exclusively. If you have a Shopify store, or a SquareSpace website, you’re encouraged to CANCEL THE ACCOUNT AND GET WITH A WINNING TEAM.
Nineke Creative will set-up domain registration/transfers, and software installation free of charge.

Websites projects are built exclusively in WordPress, and include e-mail subscription sign-up forms, MailChimp account set-up, 1 automated welcome email template, and 1 year of web-hosting (if needed). Regular e-commerce include WooCommerce store set-up, with PayPal standard. Clients are encouraged to have an active PayPal account before hiring Nineke Creative.
Each project wraps with a PDF guide to the updating and using the website. Regular e-commerce clients will be shown how to add and update products in the PDF. PDFs are delivered after final payment.
Every client receives a project welcome e-mail with resources to select the colors, fonts, and imagery that best match their tastes and represent their business. Within 7 days, Nineke Creative delivers a rough draft of the web design, minus full functionality. The draft design is a preview of what the finished website will resemble. Clients are advised to review the look, share it with friends and family, and take a few days to decide what they like and what they don’t. Clients are limited to a maximum of THREE (3) major revisions. Excessive, last minute changes will be billed at a rate of 3% (of project fee) PER CHANGE. Once final revisions are approved, and final payment is made, clients receive a PDF guide to their website along with a follow-up call to walk through the PDF and go over any questions.
Once site design is completed, client agrees to be pay remaining balance (plus 4% payment processing fee) via PayPal within 30 days. Client may adjust/extend payment schedule. Please use the contact form for any questions.
